Mt Zion PSD has adopted the Backflow Prevention Policy in accordance with the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974 and 1996 amendment. The PSD with the state of WV recognizes the Cross-Connection and Backflow Conditions in a public water system and /or a customers water distribution system pose a threat to the public health and the environment.
